To be able to download upgrades you will require your User ID and Password. If you do not have these then please contact us at  support@ozdata.com.au

We require your name and company name along with the following details from your product registration form for each product that you wish to upgrade: Product ID, Product Serial number and Product License number.

  • Click the "Submit" button located at the bottom of this page.
  • Follow the directions on the instruction page (which you will see once you click "Submit").
