(Microstation/J only) Here's how to selectively merge certain Levels in a Reference file into the active drawing. In the Reference file, use the Level Manager to choose a view to display only the Levels you want to merge. Next, highlight the Reference File dialog box and choose the Merge Into Master tool from the Reference File toolbar (or right click over the Reference file in the dialog box and select Merge Into Master from the pop-up menu). You will be prompted to select a view to merge. Choose the view that you just set up. Only the levels that are displayed in that view will become a part of your active drawing.
