The snap divisor is a keyin that is used with keypoint snap. It allows for 90% of snaps to be keypoint so that there is no need to have a snap bar open.
Standard keypoint snap, where the tentative jumps to the nearest endpoint, is a snap divisor of 1 (keyin: "ky=1").
Keyin "ky=2" forces the snap to the midpoint of the line, ie divides the line into 2 equal parts.
Keyin "ky=3" divides the line into 3 equal parts, and so on.
